Venkat Appa Rao Makke

Venkata Appa Rao Makke (Venkat) is the Founder-CEO of VKOLLAB Technologies. He has done Bachelor of Chemical Engineering in Dharwad, Karnataka University and Master’s in Chemical Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad. His professional experience spans over two and half decades. With expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Management consulting, Venkat has a proven track record of helping organizations grow faster. He brings a difference to client’s projects with quality problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guides teams on projects, processes, and deliverables. Prior to VKOLLAB Technologies, Venkat has worked with IT majors like NTT DATA, Infosys in USA and India. His in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical supply chain process has led to many successful SAP projects implementations and also helped the clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Venkat is a thought leader and serves as the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. At VKOLLAB Technologies he anchors business pursuit initiatives, client engagements, and in-house capability building.

Venka is also a social Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. He is sensitized by the suffering and pain of people around him. By drawing inspiration from his Grandfather (Late Sri. AkasapuVenkateswarlu), he founded “VENKAT MAKKE” Foundation that works for the welfare and happiness of people and communities in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in India. During COVID-19 pandemic, VENKAT MAKKE Foundation, rose to the plight-filled conditions, and arranged for free distribution of food and essentials to daily wage laborers and other poor people as a Corporate Social Responsibility.
